All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Australia. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and South America only. Any shipments outside the above locations are not available at this time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day means Wednesday to Friday, except at weekends and holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website (Note to Complexion Medline).
Shipping costs are a flat $10 AUD for Shipping within Australia. Outside of Australia Shipping is a flat $30 cost. Free shipping in Australia will be applied automatically if your purchase order exceeds $125 AUD. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business hour days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Suppose we are unable to deliver your products to you within 14 days of receiving your payment. In that case, you will have the option to cancel your order and you will be refunded immediately.
Damaged Items in Transport

Customers who shop on the Complexion Medline website may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit. Complexion Medline cannot accept returned products that have been opened or used.
Any products ordered via the Complexion Medline website that meet the requirements stated above will need to be returned to Complexion Medline at the customer’s expense for the return to be processed.
Complexion Medline will not refund or provide a credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by us.
We cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost in transit or for incorrect mailing addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct details are provided with every order. Complexion Medline cannot be accountable for products not received due to the submission of incorrect address details.
Packaging & Colour Disclaimer
Product packaging may vary from the pictured image from time to time, however quantity, ingredients and size will always remain the same. Product colours are not guaranteed, as colour accuracy on individual monitors will vary.
