How to Use:

AM and PM Routine

Step 1: Glutathione & Papaya Skin Lightening Soap - A gentle soap for normal to oily skin that slightly exfoliates the skin but not leaving the skin dry due to our key ingredients, including concentrated Glutathione, vitamin C and E, lactic acid, and kojic acid. Can be used for face and body

Step 2: Glutathione & Papaya Skin Lightening Body Lotion -  Apply on neck and décolletage area and whole body preferably straight after a shower to enhance absorption. We use glutathione and papaya extract as a lightening ingredient to even out skin tone and lighten any sunspots and skin pigment.

Step 3: Apply lotion on areas including full arms, full legs, hands and feet prior to sun exposure to inhibit melanin absorption and to maintain smooth, radiant skin.

Step 4: Ishin Supplements - take twice daily – one 30 minutes before breakfast and one before sleeping. For faster whitening, maximum of 4 capsules per day.
