BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND APPOINTMENT POLICY
To secure your booking with us, a $50 online booking fee or deposit is required for all first-time clients OR regular clients who are not under any Complexion packages subscription. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or over the phone.
If you subscribe to certain package(s), further appointments should be made after your treatment or service to choose and secure your spot.
Please note that fees are non-refundable for NO SHOWS, forgetting your appointment, late cancellations or late arrivals (see broken appointment policy).
For package and prepaid clients: In the event of a NO SHOW, missed services will be counted as ‘completed’ and your payment for the service(s) will be forfeited.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) prior to your booking, for us to refund your deposit/booking fee or carry it forward to your next appointment. This will allow for another client on Complexion Beauty and Dermal Therapy’s waiting list to take up this appointment time.
In the event a deposit has not been made OR you are under any Complexion package(s) and a cancellation occurred after the 48-hour period, a late cancellation fee of $50 is applicable until further appointments can be made OR you can book your appointment online and follow through the payment process via www.kitomba.com/bookings/complexion#services/all.
For broken appointments/late arrivals: As a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time. We may re-book you through our system or let you secure an online booking through our website. A broken appointment fee of $50 may apply to this as well.
Please understand that we allow time to stay and be on track for your appointment as well as those clients that follow you.
